The company began by importing woodworking machinery and distributing it throughout Guatemala, later expanding into metalworking equipment — serving carpentry shops, metal workshops, and small to medium-sized enterprises engaged in wood and metal processing.
IMISA provides technical advice, warranty, spare parts, and after-sales service, making it the leading company in the import and commercialization of equipment for small and medium-sized businesses. Its main objective is customer service, and the entire team is dedicated to providing friendliness, efficiency, and convenience to all clients.
